Priscilla skimmed through this magazine and stopped when she saw this Reebok ad. Initially, the very sexy man caught her eye, but then she continued reading. The man is Rich Froning, winner of the crossfit games and maybe one of the sexiest men alive. Priscilla and I, as crossfitters found this ad very appealing - not only was Reebok using a xfitter as the face of their brand, but they also included the crossift philosphy of "strong is sexy" or "fit is sexy" or "strong is beautiful". Any crossfitter will understand.
Feeling strong, being able to do a pull-up, push-up, 10 minutes of burpies and front squats, jump onto a 20inch or 24 inch box, makes you feel like there is no challenge you can't handle. It also makes you feel beautiful because you can do what so many other people cannot do. You've worked to get to the point where you are strong - it's a well earned and deserved reward.
